At Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC (“Yoona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we believe in the beauty and quality of our lab-grown diamond jewelry. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a transparent and straightforward Return & Exchange Policy designed for your peace of mind.
1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create and strive to provide exceptional jewelry and service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Yoona purchase, we are here to help make it right.
2. Easy Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an eligible item for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Exchange Window: You have 60 days from the delivery date to exchange an eligible item for another piece of Yoona jewelry.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance through our Customer Service team and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns received without a valid RMA number or sent using non-approved carriers will not be accepted.
3. Complimentary & Insured Shipping
- Free Return Shipping: We offer complimentary, fully insured return shipping for all eligible returns within the 30-day window. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid, insured shipping label.
- Free Exchange Shipping: All eligible exchanges also qualify for free, fully insured shipping.
To protect your valuable item, all returns and exchanges must be shipped using the prepaid label provided by Yoona. Returns sent without an RMA or using alternate carriers will be refused and returned to sender.
Yoona Circle loyalty members enjoy complimentary insured return shipping on all eligible returns. Non-members are eligible for up to three complimentary returns per calendar year; additional returns may incur a $50 shipping fee.
4. Important Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn & Original Condition: The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original, pristine condition—free from any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- Original Packaging & Documentation: All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and the original laboratory grading report (diamond certificate), must be included.
- No Third-Party Alterations: Items resized or altered by any jeweler other than Yoona are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid Yoona receipt or order confirmation is required.
Missing Diamond Certificate
If the original laboratory grading report (diamond certificate) is not returned with your item, a $250 replacement fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the replacement cost charged by independent laboratories for reissuing certificates.
Restocking Fee
Items that do not meet the above condition requirements may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or may be returned to the customer without refund or exchange, at Yoona’s discretion.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain the integrity and personalization of our fine jewelry, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (except in cases of verified manufacturing defect)
- Engraved or monogrammed items
- Exception: Engraved engagement rings or wedding bands may be returned, but a $50 re-polishing fee will be deducted to remove engraving.
- Gift cards
- Loose diamonds set in a third-party setting
- Eternity bands or intricate designs that cannot be resized due to their construction
It is essential to confirm your ring size before purchase, especially for eternity or full-pavé designs.
6. Effortless Return & Exchange Process

Request Authorization:
Contact our Customer Service team at Privacy@yoonajewelry.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and your prepaid, insured return label. -
Securely Package Your Item:
Place your jewelry, along with all original packaging and documentation (including the diamond certificate), into a secure shipping box. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. -
Ship Your Package:
Affix the prepaid, insured label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location. Retain your receipt and tracking number for your records.
7. Processing Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, your replacement item will be crafted and shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.
If you wish to receive your new item sooner, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
8. Complimentary Ring Resizing Service
We understand the importance of a perfect fit. Yoona offers one complimentary ring resizing for engagement rings and wedding bands within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Includes free, insured shipping both ways.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on resizing requests outside the complimentary period.
- Resizing can be made up to ±2 sizes (some intricate designs may only allow ±1 size).
- Certain styles, such as eternity bands or designs with full-pavé settings, cannot be resized and may require a new ring to be crafted.
- Resizing or alteration by any third-party jeweler voids the Yoona warranty.
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within seven (7) days of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or repair at no cost to you.
10. Abuse Prevention
Yoona’s return and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We reserve the right to monitor return activity and may refuse returns or exchanges at our discretion if abuse, excessive returns, or policy violations are detected.
