Your Jewelry, Our Promise: The Yoona Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Yoona piece. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of your jewelry.
1. Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Yoona provides a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all eligible fine jewelry purchased directly from https://yoonajewelry.com.
Under this warranty, Yoona will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product found to have a manufacturing defect, free of charge.
A. What Is Covered
Defects in craftsmanship or materials, such as:
- Loose or faulty prongs, bezels, or settings
- Clasps or chains that fail due to manufacturing error

Other structural issues identified as defects in workmanship
B. What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, or bent prongs)
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or cleaning agents
- Lost stones resulting from impact, wear, or bent prongs
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to maintain regular care

Any alteration, resizing, or repair performed by a jeweler other than Yoona
Unauthorized third-party service will void your warranty.
2. Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep your jewelry in optimal condition and maintain warranty eligibility:
- Have your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected every six (6) months.
- Use only Yoona’s authorized service or mail-in inspection program.

Keep proof of purchase and all associated documentation.
Cleaning and inspection services are complimentary for the original owner when requested through our Yoona Circle Loyalty Program. Shipping and insurance fees may apply.
3. Complimentary Ring Resizing
We understand the importance of a perfect fit. Yoona offers one complimentary resizing for engagement rings and wedding bands within 90 days of delivery.
- Complimentary resizing includes free, insured shipping both ways.
- Certain designs, such as eternity bands or intricate full-pavé styles, cannot be resized due to their structure.
- Resizings requested after 90 days or for ineligible styles may incur a service fee.

Any resizing or alteration performed by another jeweler voids the warranty.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Insurance
All Yoona jewelry orders and service shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that your valuable purchase or serviced item arrives securely.
- Yoona remains responsible for your item until it is signed for at your designated delivery address.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact our Customer Service team immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.
5. Diamond Upgrade Program (Coming Soon)
We believe your diamond should grow with your story. Our forthcoming Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program allows you to receive 100% of your original lab-grown diamond’s purchase price toward a new lab-grown diamond of at least double the value.
Eligibility Requirements
- The original diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by its original laboratory grading report.

The upgrade applies to the loose lab-grown diamond only, not the jewelry setting.

6. Appraisal and Insurance Recommendations
Upon request, Yoona provides a complimentary appraisal for your diamond jewelry to assist with insurance coverage.
We strongly recommend insuring your fine jewelry through:
- A specialized jewelry insurance provider, or
- A rider on your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, to protect against loss, theft, or damage not covered by this warranty.
7. Conflict-Free Commitment
Yoona is proud to offer 100% conflict-free lab-grown diamonds and ethically sourced precious metals. Our commitment to responsible creation ensures your jewelry is as conscientious as it is beautiful.
8. Limitations and Disclaimer
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
