B. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we issue a shipping confirmation.

C. Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects.

D. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination in accordance with applicable law.

3. Shipping and Delivery

All Yoona orders are shipped fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the package is signed for at the delivery address.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Resizing

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and procedures.

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Eligible items may be exchanged within 60 days of delivery.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces, engraved items, and non-resizable styles are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Complimentary ring resizing is available within 90 days of delivery for eligible styles.

All returns must comply with the requirements outlined in the Return Policy, including condition, packaging, and documentation.

5. Warranty and Care

Yoona provides a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty covers eligible defects but does not include normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party alterations.

6. User Accounts and Loyalty Program
