At Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC (“Yoona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to receive your jewelry as quickly and safely as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and secure shopping experience, supported by clear and transparent shipping information. Please review the details of our policy below.
1. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several secure shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Orders over $1,000: Free FedEx Next Day shipping (fully insured).
- Orders under $1,000: Free USPS Priority Shipping (1–3 business days).
Note: Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is processed and shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
2. Order Processing and Production Time
Every Yoona piece is made to order with exceptional attention to detail.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days of being placed.
- Curation Time: Most made-to-order pieces ship within 2 to 3 weeks after processing.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information and insurance details.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
3. Packaging and Presentation
Your jewelry will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Each order includes:
- A protective jewelry box or pouch
- A diamond grading certificate (engagement rings)
- A warranty card (if applicable)
All shipments are packed discreetly and securely for your peace of mind.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Yoona ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
5. Order Tracking, Insurance, and Signature Requirement
All Yoona shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and insurance details.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
- If you experience tracking issues, please contact our Customer Service team at support@yoonajewelry.com for assistance.
Your order is fully insured while in transit and remains under Yoona’s responsibility until the carrier confirms delivery with signature at the address provided.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
- Yoona is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Once an order has shipped, address changes, reroutes, or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees.
For high-value orders, we recommend providing a physical address (not a P.O. Box) where an adult can sign for the delivery.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier or customs delays
- National holidays or high-volume seasons
- Unforeseen supply chain issues
We will notify you of any significant shipping delay and work to resolve the issue quickly.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking indicates that your package has been marked as “Delivered”, Yoona is no longer liable for loss or theft.
- We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- Investigations typically take 7–14 business days for resolution.
9. Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a Yoona error occurred (e.g., wrong item sent).
- All returns must follow the RMA process and use the prepaid insured label provided by Yoona.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Once your order has entered processing or production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- Custom or made-to-order items begin production promptly and cannot be canceled once materials are sourced or work has begun.
11. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses
For security and insurance reasons, Yoona may be unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or similar addresses. Please provide a physical address where an adult is available to sign for the delivery.
12. Force Majeure Disclaimer
Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, transportation disruptions, government actions, or carrier delays.
