Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC Diamond Stud Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1. Sponsorship and Term

Sponsor: Yoona Fine Jewelry LLC, a limited liability company based in Florida, USA ("Sponsor"). Sweepstakes Name: Yoona Fine Jewelry Diamond Stud Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on November 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members, are ineligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter (Two Methods)

You may enter the Sweepstakes by one of the following two methods:

Method 1: Instagram/Lead Form Entry

During the Promotion Period, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Follow the official @YoonaJewelry Instagram account.
"Like" the official Sweepstakes announcement post.
Share the official Sweepstakes announcement post to their Instagram Story (a private account must send a screenshot of the share to @YoonaJewelry via Direct Message for validation).
Tag at least three (3) friends in the comments of the Sweepstakes post.
Complete and submit the sign-up form via the “link in bio” (lead ad form).

Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address via this method.

Method 2: Free Mail-In Method of Entry (FMOE)

Because this is a Sweepstakes based purely on chance, a Free Method of Entry is provided. To enter without completing any social media action or filling out the lead form, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotion Period (November 30, 2025) and received no later than December 5, 2025. Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

4. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) pair of 14K gold, 1 ctw diamond stud earrings. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV of each individual prize is $800.00 USD. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $2,400.00 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Drawing Date: On or about December 1, 2025, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Notification: Potential winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram or via the Email address provided within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions and Liability

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By entering, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the aforementioned platforms from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes.
